This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to accommodation bookings made with Karnataka Pravasi Saudha.

1. Cancellation Requests

Guests who wish to cancel a booking should contact Karnataka Pravasi Saudha as soon as possible using the contact details provided below.

Cancellation requests are subject to the cancellation terms applicable to the specific booking.

2. Cancellation Charges

Any cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the booking terms communicated to the guest at the time of reservation.

Certain bookings, promotional rates or special offers may have different cancellation conditions.

3. Refunds

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment method and the relevant banking or payment service provider.

4. No-Show

If a guest does not arrive for a confirmed booking without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be subject to the applicable booking terms.

5. Changes to Bookings

Requests to change booking dates, room types or other booking details are subject to availability and the applicable booking conditions.

6. Property-Initiated Cancellation

In exceptional circumstances, if Karnataka Pravasi Saudha is unable to honour a confirmed booking, we will communicate with the guest and provide an appropriate resolution according to the circumstances and applicable booking terms.
